Jeffrey Deskovic — A Fight for Justice: Part 1

In 1990, Jeffrey Deskovic was wrongfully imprisoned at 17 for the rape and murder of 15-year-old Angela Correa. In 2006, he was released as an innocent man.
In Part 1, our podcasters Bill Wood and Peter Goldsmith talk to Jeff about all the issues that led to his conviction — the misconduct of the police officers and medical examiners, and the negligence of judges — his experiences as an inmate in New York state prisons, and his struggle to gain his freedom.
You can also read about the details of Jeffrey’s plight in our article, One Man’s Fight for Justice
