Having been praised all their lives, they expect the same, and success, without doing much to get there. At work, they want to be on the fast-track, but at the same time they dislike working long hours. An entitled person also focuses on their own needs and experiences and can have a problem seeing things from another’s point of view. So, they regard other people’s problems are minor as compared to their own.
They freeload off their parents:
Baby boomers couldn’t wait to move out and be on their own. They wanted freedom from the household in which parents were the boss and set the rules. In fact, in the 1960’s, about four in 10 teens believed they’d be happier without their parents.
