Extroversion
Extroverts are action-oriented, up-beat, assertive, and positive. Introverts, on the other hand, are less socially engaged and have lower energy levels. They tend to require less stimulation than extroverts, and while they might be comfortable in social situations, they prefer time to themselves.
One style is not necessarily better than the other, and this trait doesn’t typically affect the quality of a relationship. However, whether or not that’s the case depends on how one partner feels about the extroverted or introverted tendencies of the other.
