Volunteer to Yourself

You got this far, by yourself keep going. By ‘going’, we mean do something new and different, and most importantly, something you are excited about and like doing.

If you agree you should take a specific amount of time and volunteer it to yourself, start simple. Eat better, do more exercise, discover the benefits of meditation, yoga tai chi, or any other form of mental exercise. Chess puzzles are great, as long as you have enough wine to calm yourself down when you can’t figure one out!

Find out about what you can do to make you a better you.

This may sound a bit trite, even humorous, but when you think abut it, more often than not you don’t do a lot of things you would like to because you put the wall up.  How many times have you said, “tomorrow I will…”. We all know that one.

So start small, analyze your eating. What do you think you are eating and what are you really eating? No diary needed, you can pretty much remember if you want to.
