You cannot eat your neighbor without his or her consent in Idaho. They actually have a state law banning cannibalism, defined as the “nonconsensual consumption” of another human. Interestingly, this is the only state with such a law, so technically it’s not a crime in the other 49 — if you feel the urge, then, you”re probably better off crossing the state line.
And finally if you like a little lite refreshment and don’t enjoy a cold one…be careful when you step up to the counter at one of Colorado’s marijuana dispensaries…it’s perfectly legal in the state to take a few puffs if you are over 21, but sadly if the feds catch up with you you’re going to jail…it’s a federal crime…figure that one out!
