What can be criminal behavior in one place can be perfectly legal in another. Of course it goes both ways. Should you allow your family donkey to sleep in the bath tub of your New York mansion, you’re weird….should you try it in Arizona, you are going to jail!
Should you enjoy frog’s legs, please stay out of California. If a frog has been in a frog jumping contest it is against the law to eat him. Stay out of Georgia if you like ice cream and have your hands full after Sunday Church. It is illegal to carry an ice cream cone in your back pocket on Sundays.
No matter what day of the week it is and no matter what country you come from, it is absolutely illegal in the great State of North Carolina to plow your fields using the family elephant. Don’t try it, they will nab you every time!
