Conscientiousness
Conscientious people are goal-oriented, reliable, self-disciplined, and well-organized. They’re reasonable and considerate of others, and have a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to their relationships. So they’re not prone to be argumentative and antagonistic.
Those who are not conscientious are more self-involved and less considerate of others. They don’t put much effort into their relationships, nor are they likely to do their fair share when it comes to things like household chores. They also have weaker impulse control and so may act without thinking or make off-the-cuff negative comments, and possibly may be more open to extramarital affairs.
