Follow common sense. You know cigarettes are bad, you know salad is good. You know walking is healthy, you know switching channels on your remote is not really exercise. You know relaxing actively, meditation, reading, listening to music, walking in the woods are all good….make them part of your routine. If you find it hard to stay motivated for a work-out, start a club. Enlist some friends and you’ll feed off each other.
Basically, figure out who and what you are and what works for you. Then all you have to do is get those things…just like you did with everything else in your life…work for it!
You won’t change your life in 7 days. But you can make a heck of a start in the first two weeks.
For a bunch of great ways to expend your energy on things that really matter, we have lots of other articles in In Service.
